Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
Orders are not shipped on Wednesdays or public holidays.
Orders placed before 2 PM are usually processed the same day; orders placed after may be processed on the next business day
Delivery Timeline
We deliver across all locations in India.
Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
Deliveries to remote or rural areas may take additional time.
Shipping Charges
- A standard shipping charge (starting from ₹50) may apply.
- Free shipping may be available on selected products, offers, or order values.
- Final shipping charges are calculated and shown at checkout.
Packaging & Dispatch
All products are carefully inspected and securely packed before dispatch to ensure safe delivery.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or email.
You can track your order status in real time.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery is available on most orders.
We reserve the right to confirm COD orders before dispatch.
Repeated non-acceptance of COD orders may lead to the restriction of COD availability for future orders.
Delivery & Delays
While we aim to deliver on time, delays may occur due to:
- High order volume
- Courier partner issues
- Weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances
PALAK Houseware is not liable for delays caused by external factors beyond our control.
Failed Delivery / Non-Acceptance
If a customer is unavailable or refuses to accept the order:
- The courier may attempt delivery again
- If delivery fails, the order may be cancelled and returned to origin (RTO)
- For COD orders that are not accepted, we reserve the right to restrict future COD orders.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping details are accurate and complete.
We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
Address changes are not possible once the order has been shipped.
